Rejection Email

Well, just got another rejection email for a manuscript submission. I was a bit surprised it took them this long to decline/reject the submission so was hoping it was a good thing and would get an acceptance. Oh well, one more under the belt and moving on.

I had already made up my mind if I got rejected from the publishers I submitted to I would do as I have done with my romance books and self-publish. I have to say even though it is a whole lot more work on my part, I find it more self satisfying because I did it myself.

So, I see this as just another encouragement to do it my way as I should have in the first place. However, you never know if you will get an acceptance or rejection if you don't try and I will keep trying even with self publishing my own books. One of these times I will reach the right publisher and there will be an acceptance.
