Time keeps moving...
To recap yesterday since I missed posting. I did sleep in but did the normal morning routine - it felt good and I have gotten some control of the planking. It still isn't an easy thing but it helps.
Got all the errors I had on my list yesterday - didn't make the chores list any smaller but felt good to not feel stressed to get anything done. I also made a good choice by not getting my normal go to sweet. Have decided to include cutting out as much sugar as I can without completely cutting it out. No cold turkey here.
Today - day fourteen is my complete down day so there was a rest from the normal morning wake-up routine. I slept in, but yet I had not gone to bed until around 4 am so I guess technically I didn't sleep in I slept the normal time frame on a slightly tilted timeline.
So, tomorrow we hit day fifteen. Are you ready, I know I am!
