Another one bites the dust...



Just like grains of sand slipping through your fingers as you try to hold it in your hand, this day just flew!


Better late than never...Day two - second alarm went off and I was able to get up without dragging. Did my morning routine, made my bed (yes, you read that right), got dressed, brushed my teeth, did my seven-minute stretching/seated yoga, opened the curtains of my room, took the dog out, turned on my computers for work, and filled my water cups.


Drank six cups of water today, after bearly making it through 2 yesterday. Not sure if it is the water that helps you lose the weight or if it is the running to the bathroom every fifteen minutes...lol Either way I need to drink more water regularly.


On to day three!
