Crash & Burn

Today was not the fourth day I had planned. The image above was me this morning when the 7:15 am alarm. The only thing I can say I am lucky for is that my migraines, if caught early enough can be beat and slept off.

So the count starts all over again but I am not giving up. It isn't the bumps that knock us down that stop us, it is giving up that stops us. This was a painful bump and it did bring me to my knees but it isn't going to stop me from following through with this journey!
