Have you ever heard, "If you repeat something for 15 days it becomes a habit."?
How many of you have put this to a test?
Today I am putting this saying to the test. I have attempted this before and gotten off track but I am going to do something a little different, I am going to record my attempts to keep me on track.
Follow me as I take this journey in creating a new habit, and yes it is a good habit! LOL
Let's begin, shall we...
New Habit - I believe it is best to start with something simple - earlier wake-up - I know this may seem like a ridiculous habit to create but for someone who is not a morning person, this is not so ridiculous and can be quite the challenge
So, starting tomorrow I will change my wake-up time by 30 minutes - just to keep me honest, I normally get up/wake up at 7:45 am - tomorrow I begin the 15 days, I will get up/wake up at 7:15 am. Alarm settings below
Yes, I have allowed a snooze option...
