No hesitation with getting out of bed this morning but feeling tired stuck around for a bit.
Made it through the morning routine and about halfway through it the sluggish feeling finally lifted.
I know I said it was just a time change thing but I seem to have added a couple of other new items in the process. It isn't just the waking up thing it is going to bed at the right time to make sure I get the right amount of rest, to avoid the sluggish feeling in the morning and seven minutes of yoga and stretching in the morning to get me motivated.
I know it is early on in this new process, but I am actually feeling more energized and not getting winded as easily and I am noticing that my anxiety is lessening. Small steps, small steps!
